You may not have the power to rewrite company policy or launch a full DEI initiative—but you do have daily influence. In how you lead meetings. In how you write emails. In how you make room for different ways of thinking and showing up.

This is for people who wonder:
“How can I support my neurodivergent coworkers without overstepping?”
“What if the way we’re working isn’t working—for anyone?”
“Can small changes actually make a difference?”

Yes. They can. And they do.

You don’t need to be an expert in autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or cognitive diversity to start making your workplace safer and more accessible. What you do need is an understanding of something bigger:

Neurodiversity isn’t about categories—it’s about neurocomplexity.

Everyone's brain is different—and not in a tidy, predictable way. People experience shifts in focus, sensory sensitivity, energy, and emotional regulation due to everything from trauma to illness to stress to time of day. Some experience this more intensely or chronically. But everyone benefits from systems that are clear, flexible, and designed for difference.

So if you're someone who wants to support your teammates better, create more room for authenticity, or just make work feel a little more human—you’re in the right place.
