Which careers are the best fit for Autistic and/or AuDHD wiring?

I get this question A LOT. When it comes to finding a career for Autistic and/or AuDHD individuals it's not about trying to fit a square peg into a round hole—it's about finding a career that embraces your unique strengths and allows you to shine (without burning to a crisp).

Let's face it, we all want a job that plays to our strengths, and for neurodivergent individuals, that often means a role that values deep focus, creativity, and analytical thinking while minimizing overwhelming social demands and rigid expectations. So, whether you're a self-proclaimed tech wizard or someone who can spot a typo from a mile away, there's a job out there that’s just waiting for you.
