Neurocomplexity is not only an identification, but also a silo-free, inclusive framework for comprehending how areas of neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, giftedness, etc.) are FULL BODY-MIND experiences, impacting not only social/emotional/behavioral areas of well-being but also very much the physiological.

Why is this inclusive approach important?  Because there is Neurocomplexity (or constant interplay between the all of these areas of functioning) at play, and neurodivergent individuals often do not stand a chance at having a fulfilling existence if we fail to take a gestalt approach to understanding and addressing their wiring and the secondary impact of being neurodivergent in our current neurotypically-dominated world.

Let’s apply this to the lived experience of Autism…

Autism Within A Neurocomplex Body-Mind Framework

As a visual processor, I’m always looking for ways to communicate my thoughts/ideas using methods that others can comprehend while still honoring my own visual preferences.

With that in mind, I’ve created this very special download that depicts my comprehensive interpretation—based on clinical acumen and research analysis— of the full body-mind nature and environmental interplay of the Autistic lived experience. ALL IN ONE DOCUMENT! Cue: satisfaction.

(You must be a paid subscriber to download Highly Masked Autism Within A Neurocomplex Body-Mind Framework, and thank you, in advance, for your support!)

This model includes the following areas of the Autistic experience:

Aspects of a Complex Nervous System or “Wiring”, including:

  • Differences in processing information

  • Different cellular response to stress, hormones, invaders, etc.

  • Differences in connective tissue density and permeability

  • Differences in sleep-related circuits

  • Differences in sensory processing

  • And more

Mental Health Issues: Secondary to Complexity + Chronic Stress, including:
