Autism? Complex PTSD? Both?

These are recurrent questions that I receive as an Autism assessor and licensed mental health therapist who has spent the past decade working with Neurocomplex individuals.

While there is no “gold standard” in differentiating between these two similar and commonly co-occurring identifications, I have FINALLY taken the time to put all of the questions that I ask myself when I’m untangling Autism vs. CPTSD in my client work and figured I’d share it here with you all.

This 5-page download includes:

  • Descriptions: of Autism and Complex PTSD

  • A Checklist: including 60+ characteristics (!) of Autism, Complex PTSD or both

This tool has been created for:

  • Individuals

    • To explore your own characteristics

    • To support or better understand family or friends

    • To bring to therapy, coaching

    • To bring to an upcoming Autism or mental health assessment

  • Therapists

  • Coaches

  • Assessors

  • Medical providers

  • Neurodivergent and trauma allies

Download below and THANK YOU for supporting the work and resources I share here on Substack! You are what keeps me writing and creating these tools to share.

For now,
