Let me float a radical idea—one that might sound "crazy" in a typical HR meeting, but makes perfect sense to anyone who has spent time inside a neurocomplex brain:

What if we paid people for their cognitive horsepower—not their meeting attendance?
What if we let them skip most meetings and get AI-generated summaries instead—then respond when and how they function best?

I’m a therapist who works with neurocomplex adults: autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, sensory-divergent, gifted, and multiply neurodivergent professionals. These are some of the most creative, capable, and deeply focused people I know. And the one thing that consistently burns them out in the workplace?
