In our hyperconnected era, social media serves as a digital lifeline, offering avenues for communication, learning, and self-expression. For many neurodivergent individuals—especially those with traits of Autism and ADHD (AuDHD)—these platforms can provide a sense of belonging and access to information that might otherwise be elusive.
