I Lied To You in 2024

And I'm coming clean.

As I posted on social media and wrote here on Substack about Neurocomplexity, I lied to you—by omission—about some of the things that were truly going on for me in 2024. I’d like to blame it all on the conditioning of my therapy training, or my privacy preference (both of which are legit contributors), but I think it might also be due to masking. So, in the spirit of masking less and sharing a bit more in 2025, here are some of the things I lied to you about in 2024.
