Lots of good information, the presentation felt more like an audiobook vs. a podcast. The back and forth between the speakers was too fluid . Podcast have a slower pace, also most podcasts guests digress into a related topics circling back around to the primary talking point.
I did receive lots of valuable insights. Thanks for sharing.
What a wonderful description of the dual diagnoses for individuals who have been diagnosed. If my family had any part of them that cared about my AuDHD diagnosis and wanted to know what I am dealing with, I would share this with them. Alas…… In their eyes I just sought a ‘label’ so that I have an excuse to be lazy, and ‘too much’.
I have been using AI as a similar support tool, and love your creative use! I may have to borrow and adapt for my own neurocomplex brain! Loved this post, I related a lot!
This left me feeling hopeful and optimistic. Getting an AuDHD diagnosis was helpful at first, but I never want to use the label as an excuse to stay stuck! Also, super cool you did this podcast with AI - my brain works that way too.
Any nueurocomplexity recommendations? I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 20'e and my son was diagnosed with Autism when he was three. I was with a rare form of Dementia at 52. I am 53, now.
Such a great framework for functional development and health

This makes so much sense & puts language to what "my/the whole system" has been trying to explain to people! ✨️👏✨️
thank you Lindsey.
